It's EASY! The only thing that is tricky is that the right mouse click and paste option does not work within the answer window of a knowledge item. Instead you must use the paste option from the browser. See below.
  1. Highlight the content that you want to copy.
    • Using either "edit" on your application menu or the right mouse button.

  2. Position your cursor in the answer portion of the knowledge item and click on the edit menu of your browser and click the paste option.
