Since knowledge pack items are like any other knowledge item, you can use our simple tool to relate any knowledge pack item to another knowledge item or any web-accessible file, such as a web page, PDF file, Word doc, or Excel spreadsheet to name just a few. 

You can even add Call To Action buttons created within our interface so that members can go from researching to actions like applying for a loan or contacting you.

Just as you can add related links to articles, we encourage you to place context-sensitive links from your Web pages to the top questions and answers relevant to the page the consumer is viewing.
