Fuze Announces Availability of 6.0 Release & Inks Deal with OTS
SEATTLE, WA – (April 18, 2006) – Fuze Digital Solutions announced today the availability of its 6.0 release of the Fuze Suite. The new release encompasses over 100 significant new features and enhancements, while still being very easy to use and administer.
The new release boasts several usability enhancements, more powerful queue management for handling inquiries and feedback, faster and easier access to finding data, and expanded options for displaying information in the knowledge base.
Chuck Van Court, President and founder of Fuze, said, “Our new 6.0 release has been carefully engineered to further improve usability of an already intuitive solution, while including several important enhancements that are essential for our customers to improve the quality of customer care while reducing operating costs.
The Fuze Suite is a robust, modular, and easy to use customer care solution that allows companies to extend superior self- and assisted-service options on the Web, and ensure timely, consistent and correct responses from all staff across all support channels.
Fuze customers include many financial institutions, CareerBuilder.com, several AAA clubs, and Turbine, Inc. (among others). Recently, Fuze added OTS and its credit union owners Bellco, Bethpage, and First Tech to its rapidly growing customer list. Fuze has consistently been effective in winning business from leading enterprise solution providers because of the comprehensive value offered by the Fuze Suite and Fuze’s focus on delivering more attentive and personalized customer care to ALL its clients.
Van Court added, “I challenge anyone serious about providing quality customer care to find a better value, or receive better customer care, than what Fuze consistently provides. I know because I dealt with vendors for over 20 years that could only talk a good game, so I built a company that actually delivers the goods.”
