The Fuze Suite include knowledge base alerts (email notifications) to inform you when a topic of interest has changed.  This makes it easier to keep you informed of changes to products and services you are interested in. 

You can set alerts for entire categories in a knowledge base or on individual knowledge items. When you set an alert on a category or individual item and it is updated, you will receive no more than one email per day that informs you that changes have been made to item(s) or category(ies) you selected.  The email alert includes hyperlinks to immediately see the updated information in the knowledge base.

To set an alert on a category:

  1. Navigate to the My Alerts page in the top navigation.
  2. Click the Modify Category Alerts button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the category or categories you want. Note: Setting an alert on a category will automatically inform you of changes within subcategories below it.
  4. Click the Save Changes button.

The categories you have checked are now marked for alerts.

To set an alert on an individual item:

  1. Search for the item and click on the question to see the full detail of the knowledge item.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click the link Notify me if this answer is updated.  Note:  You may also set a category alert on the same page, by clicking the link Notify me if this category is updated.
